  • 2 tbsp.turmeric
  • 3 tbsp.honey

Combine all ingredients in a bowl except the apple cider vinegar. When all the ingredients are mixed well, pour them in a jar.Then,add the apple cider vinegar. Mix properly and then seal the jar well.Store the jar in a dark and cool area for 14 days. After this, strain the remedy with a gauze pad.

How to take it:
